Description
It's been awhile since I had time to take pictures, but I haven't been idle.
Materiel: Reconstituted Jet Stone, Natural Baltic Amber & Sterling Silver.
Method: Carved by hand with a Dremel tool and lots of sandpaper.....
Time: Eh....Probably 10 to 15 hours, over several days.
Comments:
The design for this just sort of popped into my head while I was doing something else, had to sketch it, then started work on it later that day.
It's not really a pendant, more of a decorative sculpture, really, as it's about 5 1/2 inches long. I put the ring in it so that it can be hung up.
I suppose it could be worn if you were very carefull, but the thinness of the points would make it fairly easy to break if dropped onto a hard surface. The design on the back was totally random, just carved what my hands wanted to do.
